Almond & Pistachio Kulfi Pops
Cool off with a savory Almond & Pistachio Kulfi pop! These are easy to make and only take a few hours to set. Perfect for a hot afternoon snack!

For Your Kulfi Pops
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole Milk
- ¾ cup condensed Milk
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- ¼ cup almonds, with skin removed
- ¼ Pistachios, with skin removed
- pinch of Saffron (optional)
- Additional pistachios for garnish (optional, but recommended)
Add the blanched almonds and pistachios into a mixer or food processor, along with ½ cup of milk.
Grind it into a smooth paste, then move the paste into a mixing bowl.
In the same bowl, add heavy cream, the remaining whole milk, condensed milk, and cardamom powder.
If you choose to use saffron, add it to a tablespoon of warm milk and set it aside for 10 minutes, then add this to the ice-cream mixture.
Mix well. You can adjust the sweetness as needed by adding more condensed milk to your liking.
Move the mixture into popsicle molds and let it sit in your freeze for 3-4 hours. Insert the popsicle stick halfway through the setting period.
Remove your kulfi pops from the mold by dipping the mold in warm water.
Add any extra almonds or pistachios to your popsicles as you please!
