Try these Mango Kulfi Popsicles for a quick treat in the heat!

Make the Perfect Mango Kulfi Popsicles with:

  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 cup Greek or plain yogurt
  • 1 cup simple syrup (see here for recipe)



Mix the ingredients for your simple syrup.


Cut mangoes into small chunks and puree. Add in simple syrup and puree until smooth.


Add ½ cup of yogurt into the mango puree. Mix well.


Add ½ cup of simple syrup to the mixture for a combined 1 1/2 cups of syrup total.


Whisk remaining ½ cup of yogurt with the remaining ½ cup simple syrup. Place yogurt and mango mixture in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes.


Add both mixtures to the popsicle mold of your choosing. Alternate between the mango mixture and the yogurt mixture to create a marbled effect.


Freeze for 10 hours or until the popsicles are rock hard.
